Here's a collection of various posters I've designed, some for school projects, and some as freelance projects. Clients include the MICA Thespian Club, Rivals of the West, and the MICA Career Development Office.
MICA CAREER DEVELOPMENT : EMPLOYER RELATIONS + EVENT POSTERS
Working for the Joseph Meyerhoff Center for Career Development at MICA, I’ve worked to design some of the posters & collateral for the various events and employer visits over the course of the semester. Here are a few of the designs I’ve used, using the MICA Branding that was developed by Pentagram.
MICA TALKS 2018 : IDENTITY + POSTER
As part of my job at MICA's Career Development Office, I helped plan an alumni panel, which I also created the visual identity for, which was applied to the event poster, below.
AIGA 2016 : CONFERENCE POSTER
An assignment for one of my typography courses at MICA, we had to select an existing design conference and create an event poster for it, employing typography as the main mean. Above are two of the final design options.
NOISES OFF : 2017 : SHOW IDENTITY + POSTER
As graphic designer for the MICA Thespian Club, I have worked two years in a row to design a show identity for the club's annual fall production. Above is the poster for the 2017 show.
RIVALS OF THE WEST 2018 : SHOW IDENTITY + POSTER
I was also commissioned by MICA's theater company, Rivals of the West, to design an identity for their spring 2018 production, an original play titled You'll Never Meet Mac DeMarco. Above are the two final design options, with the poster on the left being selected as the final event poster. The set of the show was built of 3D cardboard letters, which I played off of in the show identity, and were applied to the poster, tickets, and program.
RAY METZKER : EXHIBITION POSTER
As part of a school assignment for a photography course, we were assigned to pick a photographer, research their style, and then photograph + design a poster in a style based off their work for a mock exhibition.
